Genotyping for MMRRC#31752 was performed on ONE transgene positive male mouse that was nine generations backrossed onto C57BL6/J relative to the original mice submitted to the MMRRC-UNC archive by the donating investigator.   This strain is expected to be 100% C57BL/6J which is consistent with MegaMUGA genotypes. Based on the single sample that was genotyped, the genetic background of this line appears to be fixed.
